These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the basis of your contract with Travigence Ltd (Company No. 15101982), trading as Travigence, operating travigence.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. By enquiring, making a booking, or using this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
This website is for browsing Umrah packages and sending enquiries. A booking is only confirmed when we issue a written confirmation after we have agreed the package with you.
Where we sell an Umrah Package at a single inclusive price, we act as Package Organiser and are responsible for the proper performance of the Package, subject to these Terms and to your rights under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
All bookings are also governed by each Supplier’s own terms. You may ask us for a copy at any time. We are not responsible for delays arising from requests made outside Working Hours.
Use this website to view packages and send an enquiry, or contact us by phone or email. A quotation is not a confirmed booking. A contract is formed only when (a) the agreed payment has been received, and (b) we have issued a written booking confirmation / invoice.
You must give correct passport names, dates of birth, nationality and contact details. We are not responsible for extra costs caused by incorrect information you supply.
Prices shown on the website are “from” prices per person and subject to availability, departure airport, dates and hotel. Your confirmed price is the price on your written confirmation.
Payment methods, deposits and any instalment stages are confirmed on your quote and invoice. No flight, hotel or visa is issued until the payment for that part of the package has cleared. Failure to pay by a due date may lead to cancellation and loss of non-refundable amounts already paid, as set out on your invoice and in Supplier terms.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges depend on how close you are to departure and on Supplier rules. Airline tickets, visas and many hotel bookings are often non-refundable once issued. Amendment fees and Supplier charges may apply. Full details are on your confirmation.
Airlines and hotels may make minor changes (flight times, similar-standard hotel, room type). If a significant change occurs we will offer an alternative where we can. Compensation is not payable where the change is due to Force Majeure.
Visa decisions are made solely by the Saudi authorities. We are not responsible for refusal, delay, system errors, policy changes or extra costs from a refused visa. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted. The permitted stay is as stated on your package and visa; overstaying can lead to fines for which you are solely responsible.
If you do not take hotel accommodation through us, you are responsible for any BRN / hotel verification the embassy requires.
Standard check-in is 16:00 Saudi time. Arrival after 20:00 may be treated as a no-show unless a late check-in has been agreed with the hotel through us during Working Hours. Room types cannot be guaranteed.
You must check your flight times, terminal and any airline changes. We are not liable for missed flights or no-shows. You must confirm you can transit or enter any stopover country, including visa rules for your nationality.
Entry is decided by immigration authorities. We are not responsible for refusal of boarding or entry. Each passport must have at least nine months’ validity from the return date.
You must travel with valid documents, obtain recommended vaccinations, follow local law and religious requirements, arrive on time, and behave respectfully. We may end a booking without refund in cases of abusive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour. Extra costs of early return are yours.
Tell us in writing at enquiry about medical conditions, reduced mobility or special needs. Umrah involves walking, heat and crowds; you confirm you are fit to travel.
Where we are Package Organiser we will perform the Package with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for Force Majeure, your own negligence, Supplier failures where we acted only as agent, or losses that adequate insurance would have covered. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Package Travel Regulations 2018.
We have no liability where events beyond our control prevent or affect travel, including war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, visa-system outages, or airline strikes.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for some visas. Arrange it at the time you confirm your booking.
Passengers under 18 must travel with a parent or legal guardian. The lead booker is responsible for meeting Saudi rules on accompanying adults.
Raise problems during travel with us as soon as you can. After travel, email info@travigence.co.uk, ideally within 28 days of return. If we cannot resolve a complaint you may use an approved UK ADR scheme. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
